Greetinks everyone!

Well today proved to be an interesting one for me.  I over-slept again but did make it to work on time which is good.  As I was waking up I heard my phone beep that I got a text message.  Most of my friends don't text so I figured it was an automated text like from the hockey games, etc since I do get those. 

Well it turned out to be a text from a "friend" who said some pretty rude things to me.  That had me quite irritated and angry at first but I calmed down.  I have come to realize that some people are selfish and self-centered and always will be.  The fact that they are clueless about being this way make me almost want to pity them because they will never find happiness.  They feel they are always correct and that the other person is always wrong and in their mind that is how it is.  They don't take the other person's thoughts, feelings, or life situations into consideration because they are all about themselves.  So really I feel sorry for this person but not sorry enough to talk to them again!

Then it was on to work which I thought was going to be rough as I had a tough project to work on today but it turned out quite well.  I got it just about done and the people who worked on it with me helped make the environment light so it made for a great day!

I got home and did some reading for class and now I'm about to make some dinner.  The plan for tonight is to watch the Penguins game as they are back in action tonight after the Olympic break and get caught up with some friends on IM.  I haven't been on IM in what seems like weeks so I will be sure to hop on tonight and say hello.  If any of you are around--catch you later on.  And then LOST is on at 9 PM and every week that show goes on it gets weirder.  I hope they sum this up before the series ends!
